1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using Caniveto (caniveto.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. About the service
Caniveto offers free utility tools that run entirely in the user's browser, without sending data to external servers. Categories include Brazilian document generators, developer formatters, converters and financial/labor simulators.
3. Permitted use
You may use Caniveto for:
- Software development and testing;
- Study, learning and research;
- Legitimate personal and professional use;
- Initial estimates in financial and labor calculations.
4. Prohibited use
It is expressly prohibited to use Caniveto for:
- Fraud — using generated CPF, CNPJ, credit card numbers or any other document as if they were real, in production systems, contracts, official registrations or any situation that may constitute a crime;
- Illegal activities under any applicable law;
- Attempting to bypass third-party validation systems using data generated by the tools;
- Reverse engineering, large-scale scraping or attacks on the site;
- Republishing or reselling Caniveto's content as your own.
5. Tools disclaimer
5.1 Brazilian document generators
CPF, CNPJ, CNH, RG, CEP, credit card, vehicle plate and person data generators are provided exclusively for software testing purposes. The generated numbers respect validation algorithms, but are not assigned to any real person, real company or real bank account. Using these as if they were real is a crime under Brazilian law.
5.2 Financial simulators
The salary, loan, electric vs gas car and severance simulators are simplified estimates based on public tables and formulas. They do not replace consultation with a qualified professional.
5.3 Developer tools
Formatters and the JWT Decoder/Encoder process data locally in the browser. Never paste real production secrets in online tools — even client-side ones carry residual risk from malicious browser extensions.
6. No warranties
Caniveto is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linksoft Tecnologia LTDA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
8. Intellectual property
Source code, design, text and the "Caniveto" brand are property of Linksoft Tecnologia LTDA.
9. Third-party content
Caniveto may display ads from third parties (Google AdSense, Ezoic). Ad content is the sole responsibility of advertisers.
10. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
